The series that everyone wanted(once the Cubs fell out), even television....especially television won't know what to do with a Tampa Bay/ Philly series. I'm guessing this series will go largely unwatched and unreported upon by the lightweight press. I don't even think Robin mentioned baseball at all during the news segment on Monday.

I'm really pulling for Philadelphia on this one. Just one more game.:churn:

Yeah, Manny against his old team would have been a ratings bonanza. It will be nice for once to not have a Boston area team in the championship series of a major sport... Tampa Bay just needs one more!

Good. Fuck what Fox wants, it's not what I want, and I AM the viewer. If it would have been LAD/BOS, I probably wouldn't have watched that much.



Granted if it's TB/PHI, I will only be watching the games in Philly.

I heard during tonights massacre that the pre-season odds for Tampa Bay were something like 50-1.

Could you imagine putting down a grand or maybe 10K on the Rays this year? It would have turned out to be a better bet than investing in just about anything this year.
