Radio Replays not capturing a particular station?

My Stilleto 100 is 3 years old. It was on the fritz about 6 months ago but seemed to function fine after a few recoveries.

I listen to many different stations and I've noticed that it will not record BPM (channel 36) in the Radio Replays section. I tried deleting the other replays, thinking it was a space issue, but that didn't help.

I had to recover my device again over the weekend. It's in fine working order now but is still not recording BPM, while recording other stations. I've RTFM but can't find anything in there to give me guidance.

Any thoughts/experience?

I think that some channels are tagged or marked differently where they can't be recorded like most of the music channels. The difference I notice is that some channels won't allow you to "love" a song, they force you to do a start/stop time on recording. Disney is one such channel and there's been times on some other channels where I run into this as well.

Howard101 is the opposite. It shouldn't work as a Favorite Channel, but my S50 will pick it up as one. It list the song tracks that Ferrell plays in the background...

It's a setting on Sirius. They would have to fix it. Since BPM is now a SAC for a week, they may have disabled it (at the RIAA's request of course).

ETA: The setting for loved songs is probably the same as the one for replays and they typically do not like you loving songs off a SAC.
