Some forums that I frequent utilize a handy feature that when clicked, displays threads which have had a post made to it since the last time the user visited the forums. It's typically a little button that resides at the top of the forum webpage and is named "Posts since last visit". Very unobtrusive and yet very useful.

And, just to try it, i clicked it again, and now it does not show this thread in the "new posts"... I'm guessing it is because i jsut posted in it.

Can someone else post in this so i can test my theory?

This thread still doesn't show up for me.

The hangout thread did for a bit, I checked the hangout thread, and now it does not show up in the new posts.... maybe because I checked it?

Still weird, and doesn't work like on other forums.

Now this one showed up for me since your last post.

But 2 threads that I checked as an experiment, no longer showed up in the view new posts.

It makes me afraid to click on threads actually. It is scary to me.

This is true. If you look at a thread then go to "New Posts" again, it will not be there.

Maybe there is a setting I need to look at.

Cool, I love to help find things that help fine tune forums into being mean green forum machines...

This one seems to be off to an amazing start as it is, all the bugs seem to be worked out of it, I was suprised I noticed that.
