SS is very talented IMO. I nearly dropped a 45lb weight on my foot this morning listening to the Sal/Richard phony phone calls with SS and Steve Lankfert (sp?)

JD's hoot wins in my book. I believe it's usually canned on the show, but live on the Wrap-Up Show. The fact he knows he's getting goofed on but still can't stop himself is just too hilarious to me. :ter:

WILL SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT THIS OOOOOOOOOOOO IS?

Sorry for the caps but I feel out of the loop on this one.

It's the sound that Sour Shoes makes during songs or while talking. Really hard to describe, it's like he's squealing "ooh". Fred was playing it throughout the news today.

BTW - Sour Shoes is the best. I'd love to hear an interview with him.

Oh, I didn't listen to the news today. I didn't realize that they isolated that sound. Thanks!

I sometimes wish that would go retro. Remember the female, African-sounding-accent, "It doesn't matta!" sound clip? I still love that one, but it's been so long since I heard it. :D

Yeah, I wish they would pull some of the old stuff out again. Even the "Hey Now" would be nice to hear once in a while.

Don't get me started on "Hey Now". I have the strong compulsion to repeat it out loud when I'm driving in my car listening to the show. Fred had the strong compulsion to play it over and over at the top of the show. The combination was very OCD. :D

I am Sour Shoes' biggest fan. I know he gets a very short leash on the show, but I think the man is a genius.
