Apparently it is what is. It's an xtra channel.
Here's just some of the songs you might hear:

Tom Petty - American Girl
Wu-Tang Clan - (I didn't catch this song title.)
Beastie Boys - Fight For Your Right
Nirvana - All Apologies
The Doors - Light My Fire
Heart - Barracuda
Red Hot Chili Peppers - By The Way
The Rolling Stones - Tumbling Dice
Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff

I see it on Reddit, apparently the channel is couple months old. The user posted

This Vintage T-Shirt channel is outstanding. It's a mix of classic rock, classic rap, classic hip hop and it's 100% bangers! I can listen to this channel for HOURS without getting tired of it because it changes genres from song to song but they're all great songs you know and if you grew up in the 70s, 80s or 90s then these are the songs you were listening to back in the day.

So it's close to a year old.

Just my luck. Ha!

It almost reminds me of Super Shuffle, only without the pop or country.

Vintage T-Shirt reminds me of Road Trip Radio, only without the pop or R&B. Both channels play – for example – Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Boston, Bon Jovi, Green Day, Aerosmith, AC/DC, INXS, Blondie, Iron Maiden, Journey, Poison, Whitesnake, Metallica, Nirvana, Queen, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Smashing Pumpkins, Guns N' Roses and The Notorious B.I.G.
