My Sirius Studio not recognizing Stiletto 2 when expansion card installed

I recently did a fresh install of My Sirius Studio on a new laptop. Latest version (1.6.0.58972). When I connect my Stiletto 2 w/ the 8GB expansion card installed, MSS only recognizes the expansion card, not the device.

If I connect my Stiletto 2 w/out the expansion card installed then it recognizes the device (hard memory?).

This is the same expansion card I've had for about a year that always worked in MSS properly. Only thing new is the laptop (Windows XP) and MSS.

Any thoughts?

Did you have MSS installed before on this laptop? It sounds like you may have some driver corruption or conflict somewhere.

If you were running Vista I would blame it on that.

My only suggestion is to uninstall and wipe the MSS app and reinstall.

Great advice! I know if you have Vista 64 you can really screw up an XMP3. I wonder if this is the case here. Not that it's screwed up the stiletto, but that it's not connecting properly.
