My New G2 Got The Dreaded Dot...

Well I got it Monday, here it is Wednesday and I've got a continuous cycle of G2 rebooting (I've held down all the buttons), and a screen with 5 dots, the first of which highlighted. FrankS says it's pretty rare, and he's only seen one portable do it before. So now I have to send it back and get it replaced. :bigcry:

I was also having trouble refreshing, because my router has the same IP as the device, so when I went to one of the unfreshed stations, it started the cycle...

Now I imagine I'll have to wait a good two weeks to get a replacement in... so it's back to the online player for awhile...

Did you ever get your router issue resolved so that is no longer going to be a problem going forward?

Yeah, it should be fixed by the time it gets back. It's just a inconvenient.

Well I am sorry that you are having to go through this, but at least they are taking care of you.

I'm just thinking I should've probally got this off Amazon, since it's the same price, and they don't have me pay postage to return the product. But what can you do.
