Media Center on iMac???

I'm thinking about buying an iMac, but one thing I love about my PC is being able to watch live TV on my computer while I'm working.

Can you do that with an iMac? Is there anyway to hook my Direct TV receiver to watch it on an iMac?

#1 get an iMac. My wife has the 20" from last December and it is a fantastic and beautiful machine.

Which model of eyeTV do you have? I checked out their website and their site seemed pretty bad. I couldn't navigate through it at all.
