That's odd. It shouldn't be a couple times a week. I wonder if they never went through. I would try calling CS and see if they can re-send the signal.
I am on the phone with Sirius. I will ask them to resend the signal.
You can also resend the signal when you log into your Sirius account online. Just click on the ESN and you'll see the option.

When I click the ESN I get a message to contact customer service.
