I am getting really sick of looking at him, he is starting to really get on my nerves!!!! He has like no personality, gives cookie cutter answers and just is so bland. Iceberg lettuce has more spice than his "personality"!!!!!

Canada Eh!
I don`t mind JJ and I don`t wish him any ill will but like I`ve said before his dominance makes for a boring chase.

if he cut a tire on lap 1 , he would still finish in the top 5. He and his team are just that good....or lucky.:idunno:

I bet anything that JJ and Carl are a LOT different when the media isn't around. I call Carl "the politician" because he always has that smile with the PC answers. I don't trust people like that.

But remember when he took that fake swing and the media was saying "wow, that's a side we didn't know about". But the drivers where saying "we all know how he REALLY is".

One of JJ's best friends is Sammy Hagar, and I doubt if Sammy's gonna hang around a boring vanilla person.

So do we blame JJ and Carl for their bland vanilla PC style or nascar for making drivers be this way? Remember, it was nascar who told the drivers, in a 'round about way, to shut up about the COT. And the tires. And the debris cautions. And the ......etc. etc.

Put it another way. If I were a Cup driver, I'd be the same vanilla type too. At least until I was getting close to retiring. ;) There's too much on the line to risk being on nascar's "bad list". From what I've seen, once you get on that list it's dang hard to get off it.

I don't care what they do off track, JJ moping the floor with everyone in the chase every year is what's become vanilla and boring to me.

I havent liked Carl since the fake punch, thats just a dam bully type thing to do. :mad:It would have been great to see Matt come off that wall and beat his ass! Watch Carl in his interviews, he almost always grabs the reporter by the arm or puts his hand on them and says thank you when their done. It would be fine if I hadnt saw the deal with Matt, now it just looks fake. Also, Those steroids are gonna screw his head up some day!

Hey all, just another Johnsonriffic morning...this is getting really really old and he needs to be put down fast. Why don't we just give him the trophy at Daytona next year and let the rest of the season be all testing or exibition races.

I don't understand why everyone hates JJ. The 48 team is putting everyone on notice that they need to step up their game. Yes I am tired of seeing him win but I am also tired of seeing Carl and Kyle win. The 48 team is doing something only one other driver has done and they deserve the respect they are due.

Well, I hope they are noticing! Enough to realize that they need to test at the 1.5 mile tracks until they are perfect. Plus all the other tracks that are in the chase. Seems like Carl's team got the memo but many other teams missed out.

1) be in top 12 at the start of the chase.
2) have your homework done for the chase race tracks.

I'll also point out that JJ's team, for the most part, are respectable to one another on the radio during the race. You don't hear name calling, screaming, finger pointing, etc. It can be almost sickening to listen to how NICE they are to one another. LOL.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
I respect what they've done and it's an amazing feat. Congrats 3 in a row.

Now, to watch the same thing 3 years in a row? As a race fan thats boring. It might be amazing and history making but its boring as hell to watch.
