Eh, canceled it again. For as little time as I spend in the car and the fact that Homepod is not compatible with the streaming, it's not worth keeping it around. That plus I'm a lot more cognitive about what I'm spending my money on nowadays since we may be headed for recession/depression thanks to Covid-19 and the Moron-In-Chief.

I'm keeping my subscriptions too. If this virus continues and more and more people are forced to work remotely and internet bandwith is stretched to it's limits, it will break, leaving radio and DVD's the top dogs when their becomes restrictions on internet for entertainment.

Yo, I'm finding the depth of tracks in the hip hop category has clenched up since I started listening more. I liked the merger era where the playlists were far deeper.

There is now a Stay Home Radio Channel. That will help.
Surprisingly, this is a really good channel. Mrs Scotch said it's the best thing about the pandemic.

They play pop, rock, and hip hop. They play 60s through 2000s. There's no other channel that does that. They play a lot of "happy" songs, but also Smells Like Teen Spirit (among others).

I would actually like 98 to get a playlist. Call me crazy.

With a majority of Americans under stay-at-home orders in an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, SiriusXM has launched Stay Home Radio on Channel 179. There are many people who think I belong in a home – but that's not important right now. The channel plays happy, positive, uptempo, uplifting songs intended to distract us from the possibility that we all are going to die from COVID-19. Here is a small sample of the playlist.

Which of the seven gates of hell are you trying to open?
At this point, they've all been replaced with turnstiles.

Anywho, here's my update on the channel. I'm hearing some repeats now (Roar by Katy Perry, Don't Worry Be Happy), but I'm also hearing new songs; Everyday People (Sly), More Than a Feeling (Boston), and a Springsteen song that I can't recall. But it was good.
