Is my Radio Dead?

Is my Audiovox Sirpnp2 dead? It comes on but has no Sirius ID (when I access that in the menu screens) and I have a message "no streams available".

It's activated and I resent the signal but it is just blank. No Sirius ID, nothing. It stays on channel 184 only.

You do have it turned on, with a full signal when you send the signal right?

When you say no Sirius ID: You mean the ESN number doesn't come up?

Yeah that is what I was thinking too if he is saying the ESN isn't coming up anymore!

Happened on a sportster 4 (this unit has problems )and it was 1 month old ,dont ask how we fixed that.
