Noticed this yesterday,does it do this when streaming on iphone?

Noticed this yesterday,does it do this when streaming on iphone?

I've never seen one on the iPod Touch and I've had it play throught out the night. I had heard there was going to be a time out like after 3 hours, but I've not seen it.
