I just got a survey from Howard TV asking for my opinion on current shows on the channel and future programming that they were considering. Judging by the questions, it looks like they are considering more original programming for the channel. Here are a few of the programs they are considering......

A reality show focusing on what Beetlejuice does when he's not on the Stern show.

A "Cribs"-style program that would give viewers a look at the cast's homes.

A search for the hottest stripper contest hosted by Ronnie (possibly with Savannah Samson and Ralph).

A behind the scenes look at the Killers of Comedy.

A show in which staff members team up with hot chicks to play "Strip Beer Pong"

"Howard TV Exposed" - A clip show featuring memorable moments, interspersed with the cast's commentary on what happened.

A "Girls Gone Wild" type show in which a customized bus would be taken across the US and women at each stop would be filmed riding the Sybian.

A "Curb Your Enthusiasm"-style improv show in which cast members would act out events that have happened in the hallways of the studio.

A show in which someone is handcuffed to a Wack Packer in order to win money.

A "Wild On E" type show featuring Richard, Sal, JD and Benjy traveling around the country and goofing on the people they meet.

An Eric the Midget variety show with celebrity guests.

A show that would be similar to the Mexican Delivery game.

The survey also asked whether or not you would be interested in shows featuring certain Stern show regulars. Among the ones mentioned were Double A, Marianne from Brooklyn, Ralph, Fred the Elephant Boy, Jason Kaplan, Scott DePace, Will Murray, Joey Boots, Eric the Midget, John the Stutterer, Beetlejuice, Bubba the Love Sponge and Beth O.

I'd vote for:

- A reality show focusing on what Beetlejuice does when he's not on the Stern show.

- A "Cribs"-style program that would give viewers a look at the cast's homes.

- An Eric the Midget variety show with celebrity guests.

I prefer the HTV stuff where they follow someone around, or show us aspects of the show that we only hear about (the Christie's farm for example). I don't like when they try to be creative and write material like they did for the mediocre Halloween special. My all-time favorite has been "Beat the Booey". I wish they would do that every week.

Anything with Bob Levy, Double A, Joey Boots, or "hot chicks" doing some regular activity is an automatic NO vote from me...

The only choice missing is an original HTV show that includes Howard (like the old channel 9 series).

I hate the near constant cross promotion of HTV and HTV inspired radio segments, but that said, there have been a number of episodes that were enhanced by the video of the event, rather than just a solid radio bit.

I think it would be a phenomenal coup if HTV were to obtain the rights to the old Channel 9 Shows. That would be Howard related television I would describe as "must see" TV.

I almost wish they would consider setting up the show so it was seperated from the tv segments better. say, A solid 3 hours where nothing was done for TV, all radio focused content, and the final hour could be TV oriented bits and segments. The excpetion would be guests, etc.

I got a survey too and it was centered around Howard Stern and Howard TV but I'm guessing since I don't subscribe to the TV channel that I got a different survey.

Mine was more about the radio show and how much I knew about Howard TV and do I hear the advertising.

I had fun taking the survey becasue they constantly asked for your opinions and I would say the following:

Q: How do you know about Howard TV?

A: Because Eric from Hoboken always calls in and talks about it just so he can get on the air. By the way, if you people don't sign Bubba I will seriously consider cancelling.

Everytime they asked for you opion, I gave it but then told them how pissed I was that Bubba is most likely gone.

Beth O? Who the f*** is interested in a Beth O show? She really has him by the b***s.

100 bucks says a Beth O show would involve the North Shore Animal League. Then it would give Double A an excuse to call into the radio show and talk about how great the show is and how hot Beth O is and can he come in to the studio and meet her and then he'd start on how HE should have a Howard TV show. Ugh, this will take up the entire 6am hour some show in the future.

I got the survey that asked about my awareness of Howard TV, and what other talk programming I listen to on Sirius.

I commented that I thought that Howard plugs Howard TV too much.
