How many open tabs do you have going ?

I Usually have about 6 tabs going. Harper (Aka MyNameIsHarper) has like 35-40 tabs going on at work at any given time. It's insanity.

For the most part these are the sites that encompass my tabs on a daily basis.
-TSS-Radio (Frontend and backend)
-Gmail
-DRC
-Orbitcast or SiriusBuzz
-DirectedDealers.com
-SternFanNetwork

I usually have five or six (email, stocks, CNN, DRC and various others), but sometimes many more than that. Sometimes I tend to open up various threads and then just tab through and read them.

Usually some variation, but anywhere from 25-35 depending on what I am doing.
This is from home - usually at work I have just as many, but they would be more work related. Opera has had tabs for a very long time, and I've always had lots of them open.

5 is what I deal. Make sure you have about 100MB of RAM available per tab or the world will stand still.

I average 5 -12 in two windows usually. Gmail, DRC, BTLS, and various "work" tabs in case someone walks into my office. Well one window is mostly work tabs and the other... not so much. I also get on news kicks once in a while and will blast open a handful of stories i want to read from the sfgate front page or Google News and then go thru them...

Before a project that required I use Chrome, I used Ubuntu and would have four desktops running.
Two had browsers in them both with at least 5 windows open.
Each desktop had it's own function. One was work the other was research.

One desktop was for anything random I had to do like read a story or watch a youtube.

The last desktop was for e-mail.

I miss you Ubuntu!

At work, I have about 10 at given time going. At home I will have up to 25 open at once. I do not like to bookmark things I only need for a day or two, so I just keep a tab open.
