Wow, wheels have come off and killed a few bystanders. Maybe if Jerry Jones can hire a GM and stay off the sidelines they might do better. I think this is a direct result of JJ's meddling. I love it though, I hate the Cowgirls.:p

They're sucking it big time so far. I am a Cowgirl fan, I must admit. No team chemistry, no team leader. Similar to my pathetic Yankees. I'm in a serious valley when it comes to my sports teams at the moment. I can always hope the Bulls surprise me this year!

Im loving it as well. Ive hated the Cowgirls since the 90s with the big rivalry between them and the 49ers. Plus I have a couple of friends at work that I love to torment about it.

I am originally from Dallas and I love the Cowboys! I think this is a case of putting all your eggs into one basket. No good back-up players. Things will turn around though. You'll see! You'll all see! (ravings of a madman)

Okay, explain this to me, because you're all over the map here. How does one become a fan of the Cowboys (Dallas), the Yankees (NY), and the Bulls (Chicago)?

As I Giants fan, I can't help but enjoy the implosion. I had really expected Dallas to be the real deal this year. But I don't ever count them out. We still play them twice this year.

The T.O. sideshow is always of the highest entertainment value. I have two things permanently saved on my DVR...the news conference where he cries, and the end of last year's playoff game (NYG at DAL) where there were several shots of a confused looking Jerry Jones on the Dallas sideline as the Cowboys were defeated in their own house by the Giants. Always uplifting to watch.

Davis...Don't get me started on the Eagles!! At least we can both agree on the Cowboys! I'll be down in Philly for the NYG/PHL game on 11/6. Looks to be a good time.

I wanted tickets for that game but they weren't great seats. Instead I settled for this week's game, against the Falcons. I am 2nd row just below the 30 yard line, Eagle's sideline. The Eagles run onto the field directly in front of our seats. While I would rather see the Giant's game, I couldn't turn down these seats. Finding a hotel was very hard because of the damn World Series.

Enjoy the game. I usually do the drive down to Philly and back the same day. The only problem is the Giants game is a Sunday night game, so I would not get home until around 2:00 AM! I may spend the night in a hotel or at a friend's place and just get to work a little late on Monday morning. Between my Giants season tickets and the occasional road game, I have to admit my wife has been very accommodating.

This will be my first Pro football game. I have been to almost every other pro sport but never football. I hope I won't be disappointed.

Pro football games are a lot of fun, IMHO. They are even more fun when your team is winning.

I am on the fence now. I've been to a lot of games. With the new 'personal seat licenses' the Giants are imposing, I am considering throwing in the towel and enjoying the games at home on my home theater with some friends. I can always get the tix for the one or two games I really want to go to from Stub Hub or something like that.

Between the traffic, tickets, food, and time, it is quite a commitment of time and $$$$$$ to go to a professional sporting event these days. I'm not sure it is worth the hassle.

I've been a Yankee and Cowboy fan since I was a young kid. All of my immediate family are Cowboy and Yankee fans as well. I followed Jordan since his NC day's and was a fan of Doug Collins so that's how I ended up being a Bull's fan. I've been to 2 Bull's games at the OLD Chicago Stadium. I even got selected to try to make a 3 point shot during one of the timeouts. It was so much fun. I stunk though, I hit backboard and rim but no 3 pointer. :( I did get a date with a Luvabull though!

I moved to Dallas in 1983 and I hated the Cowboys. I grew up a Colts fan until they moved out of Baltimore in the middle of the night. I watched Miami play a few college games and liked what I knew about Jimmy Johnson. When Jimmy came with Jerry in 1989 I was a fan, while most of Dallas was against them I was a new fan and we went 1-15.

Over the years the Boys got better, and then great. Beating the 49ers was the best!

Yeah Jerry may be the worst GM in the NFL now that Matt Millen is gone, but he is a hell of a owner. He just wants to win. Problem is he needs someone like Jimmy or Bill but he hates to keep out of the way.

Never been a TO fan, he will always be a 49er to me.

Team has the talent I am afraid that they are too soft and not tough enough to band together to win.

For you Eagle and Giant fans, you are not our most hated rival that would be the Redskins. Cowboys and Indians baby, best rivalry in Sports.

NFL East Baby, I want the East to beat everyone, I want the Boys on top, but I do want the East to beat people ass.

Much hate coming your way from a diehard Redskins fan. I agree 100%, while I don't like NYG or the Eagles, Dallas is the enemy. And the NFC East is always the best division in football.

I was rooting for the Giants big time last year in the Super Bowl.

TX, have you missed the Cardinals at all? :rofl2: Me neither!

I was wanting the Giants to beat the Steelers. Hell I am thinking about even pulling for the Skins over the Steelers.

I want the Steelers to go 0-4 against the NFC East, show those boys what NFC East Football is all about.

I can't think of a time when every team was this strong. Usually somebody is down. The Skins were the last place pick and we're 6-2.

Steelers fans are chumps.

The Redskins are tough. Just when you think (as a Giants fan) you can forget about them...there they are in the hunt for a wild card slot.
