Do you like them?

I love horror, but the Hollywood ones are usually pretty bad.

I saw a good one last night, it's a French movie (subtitled) that I thought was outstanding.

You have to stick with it, there's a lot of twists. Martyrs, and Netflix has it.

Martyrs left an impression on me (and also my wife.. who is also a fan of horror). That's rare.

And we see all of the Hollywood crap. It seems that most of the great ones are not from the USA anymore.

Another one... The Girl Next Door (although this is from the US, it's totally not Hollywood-ish). It's an obscure movie that's based on a true story.

I know! We watch them too.

The slasher flicks are so boring. They were good in the early 80's because they were kinda original back then.

I think Dressed To Kill (Great movie) started all that mess.

Check out Bigas Luna's "Anguish" if you ever get a chance. But don't read anything about it; there's a lot to spoil.
