Did anyone else enjoy Mr. Hendrick's remarks to Kyle Bush as much as I did? "Kyle how old are you?...oh you just act 18!"
He couldn't have been more right! Great racer or not, the kid needs to grow up!

He just needs a way to feel justified for "Trading" away the kid for Lil E!!!

Anyone would have done that, for the money, not driving talent. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for his remarks, its evident in some of my post that I dont have a lot of respect for Rick to start with. I thought it was pretty shitty and stupid on his part to use his time to slam Kyle and beg big brother to blow even more of our money on the big 3.
Everyone in nascar acts like "boy, Rick really told them off" in his remarks to the GM boss. What Rick actually done was show even more arrogance than usual!

Rick should have let Casey go and kept Kyle. But who knows if Kyle would have had the same success all year in a Chevy as he did in a Toyota. They say some times change is good.

I didn't think Rick making that remark about Kyle acting 18 was meant as a jab to Kyle
Kyle had a smirk on his face so maybe it was some joke between him and Rick, but I could be totally off on this.

I think Rick was trying to compliment Kyle and it didn't go as planned. If Hendrick had 5 teams, I bet he would have kept Kyle.

If you pay attention, with the exception of a few drivers, the fans(stirred by the media) are the only ones that have a problem with Kyle Busch.

Oh a LOT of drivers have issues with shrub. Benson, Hornaday, Dale Jr just to name 3 right off the bat. He has an IMMENSE amount of talent but is VERY immature. He has publicly complained that he wishes more fans would like him then he goes out and does the things we hate, specifically but not limited to his stupid bow after a win.

There are absolutely alot of drivers that dont like him! I respect SOME of the things he has done, just as I respect some of the THINGS Rick has done. I just dont like either one of them as a person from the outside looking in.
Dont blame his problems on the media, go read the article in Scene on Kyle and see what you think. There are people that he raced with out west that will admit he was very fast and good. But they will also tell about him disrespecting his parents and anyone else that might cross his path. I have no use for spoiled brats!

Yeah, I don't think it was a jab, I haven't heard Rick say too many bad things about people, he seems like a pretty decent guy to me. Kyle DOES have the talent, but he definitely doesn't mesh with the other drivers at Hendrick, he doesn't even come close!
I DRV'd the awards and didn't see the championship speech from JJ or Yarborough!!! However, I did see the look on Kyle's face when the Sprint president (I believe that's who it was ) was talking about Jimmy...the look on Kyle's face was priceless...it made my whole night!

I can see Uranus from here
appologies to all for hijacking the thread.

Easy Money,

I just noticed the statement in your signature and I had to laugh. Let me tell you a story. 2 years ago took my dad to the childress winery for fathers day. It was a horrible expierence. Next time you go there, walk upstairs to the area that looks down into the wine making area. While you are there, look up. Notice the tops of the ceiling fans. And look at what is directly underneath those ceiling fans. Also look closely at the tops of the big garage doors. I wont say what i witnessed and will let you figure it out for yourself. I must say that after i made those observations i drank not another sip of the wine. Granted that was 2 years ago. The FAAAAAAANNNNNTASTIC part of your signature just made me laugh and cringe at the same time.

Edit: let me clarify a bit, the horrible expierence was with the dining room facilities and staff only. Horrible meal, horrible service. The rest i did enjoy.

I havent been to the winery, but that sounds like a bad experience if I ever heard one. I plan to check it out the next time I go back. But dude, I used to deliver to one of the swankiest rests. in my area, and I assure you, they are all nasty as hell in the back! But I can understand your not wanting to eat there after that for sure.............yuck!
As for my signature, its meant sarcastic for all of the Chocolate lovers here!:rofl2:
