This whole Facebook discussion has me cracking up. Then Mariann from Brooklyn calls me an hour ago all excited that Robin Quivers added her as a friend. I told her it's not the real Robin. So I get back to my computer and look her up and it might actually be Robin. Because Robin is friends with the REAL Gary Dell'Abate, Sandra Taylor, JD, and Vinnie Favale. So it's so hard to tell, either all of them are falling for it or Robin decided to have fun with Facebook. In any case the whole thing is hilarious IMO.

Oh man they seem to be all hung up in facebook lately..

I think we should make some Howard Stern accounts with a fake email !! lol just joking.. but I wonder how many people have done that.. made fake celebrity accounts to try and trick people..

I remember Howard saying he doesn't use his real name on there.. wonder what he is on there under?

He isn't Howard Stern, he is Stern Howard. I think they all have been debunked pretty well already on SFN and other places. It's not hard to find them.

I've never signed up for a Facebook or a MySpace and I never will.

Huge waste of time, in my opinion.

My friends got me on MySpace, but no one has convinced me to join Facebook. Fact is, I only go on MySpace once a month or so. When Howard was reading Gange's page, I felt incredibly sad for him. It's sounds kinda pathetic to me, IMHO.

I only deal with MySpace as a way to communicate with some bands that don't really have any other email addresses or websites. It's a way to follow their shows and other things they may be up to with new music or whatever. Beyond that, ugh - I have more important things to do, like post here :D

Facebook is kind of the "new" Tripod, Angelfire, Geocities, etc, only a LOT easier to use. Back in the 90's, I remember everyone linking to each other's free home page on either one of those sites.

Now it seems the cycle is coming back around with Facebook and MySpace, only they're a lot more user-friendly.

Well now I feel old. I remember when "web rings" were the coolest thing to put on the bottom of your page.

Oh, and I have a facebook account.:eek::eek:

It all started with the BBS...

Every time I get a Friend request on here, the first thought in my head is "fag!". No offense to those on my friends list... :flowers:
