Difference between Mad Dog Radio and Mad Dog Unleashed?

Anyone know the diff between:

123 Mad Dog Radio
and
SIR-4 Mad Dog Unleashed

Channel 123 is not online.

Is it just another case of Sirius not being able to properly program something?

I think channel 123 has live PbP, but if that's the case, then why not pre-empt the online version of channel 123 with taped stuff. I think NFL radio does pre-empt live PbP with taped programming for the online channel.

I don't know why 123 isn't online, but Mad Dog Unleashed is Chris Russo's show, which I assume the online station just replays over and over again. I think XM does/did have online stations just replaying Oprah and Bob Edwards... over and over again...

I knew that there was a time when I was able to get Oprah and Virus online through the SL2 in the same channel numbers as satellite, but now I can't.
