Did anybody personally witness first hand the death of a channel?

Technically I didn't witness it, but I heard the death of Lucy live.

Then Closing Time
Then 2 songs I don't remember but were appropriate
Then Good Riddence (Time of Our Lives) by Green Day
Then Smells Like Teen Spirit by Tori Amos
That song was cut off in the middle ... then silence ... then Lithium joined mid song. Strange thing was it wasn't the Lithium on Sirius at the time.

That's too bad. Lucy was one of XM's best channels. I thought for sure it would survive the merger over thecomparatively weak Lithium. But it didn't. A poor choice for sure.
