Clarion XMD3 wont get sirius

Ok heres whats going on,the radio works fine along with the cd player as long as you unplug the cable for Sirius. When I plug the sirius cable from the interface back in the volume has to be turned up all the way to barely even hear it. Wondering if it might be the interface thats bad?

You have a short in the cable or the sirius tuner!:twitch:
Try another cable or tuner
