I don't think that has anything to do with advertising. Most companies have lawsuits out against some F'up.

Their PROBLEM is their idea is FAR FROM unique or new. The MAJOR reason these places fail is cause there's really NO WAY to guarantee 100% anything ESPECIALLY when it comes to computers.

Computers are designed to NOT be 100% anything. Also the only REAL way to do a TRUE back up is to have your drives mirrored, backed up ON SITE nightly and off site weekly at the very least.

Unless you work for NASA your porn isn't valuable enough for this service. Also, this service will be another DRAG on your internet speed and computer speed.

First of all, its about a lawsuit over hardware they used in 2007.

Secondly, I don't think Sirius spends a lot of time vetting its advertisers prior to accepting ad money. If they did, we wouldn't have half as many ads...

It's a good idea for an additional layer of backup, but you never put all your eggs in one basket.

Carbonite is a good layer of backup protection, but just like anything else you should never rely on one single mechanism for all of your backups.
