Happy Belated Birthday TX WJ. But the Political Forums and Stern forums and stuff are all now setup so that you must set the permissions to allow them.

If you can't see the forum then you don't currently have permission. Go to "User CP" and Click on "Group Memberships" and you can join the forums of your choice that are restricted.
