In meetings with customers today and on one particular issue I noted that I could not get that answer for them and we would have to do a "conference call willie" to get that answer and hopefully work it out with the product manager.
Here is how it went down:
ME: You know what, that is a good question and I don't have the answer for that. However, we can do a conference call willie to get that from the product manager.
Them: That would be great if we could get Willie on the phone later today because, going forward, these backorders are probably going to need to be addressed as we have some large orders pending.
I didn't even correct them. I just kept rolling.
