NOOOO!

Can people just say yes or no without getting into a debate over how beautiful or horse faced she is....Is she good on the show?

I say no. I'll try to be concise. Annoying voice, no personality, nothing to say, everyone is forced to kiss her ass...Did I miss anything?

I can't believe not only did she say she needs to be on the show after hearing what they are doing on there (is she going to "fix" things by add more puppies and makeovers to the mix or does she think she can actually contribute) but someone actually called to see if she could come on soon. Granted, Pittsburgh Pete has taken the place of Eric From Hoboken as sychophant of the year, but could real fans think the same? I love Mariann from Brooklyn (she is even a Facebook "friend") but she says the same shit... Am I truly out of the loop? And let's try to keep it civil.

Now they are talking about the Beth pilot....Maybe if it keeps her off the show, but something tells me it won't....

I, for one, don't need to hear how "amazing" Beth and Howards life is together.

The worst part was Howard couldn't even pinpoint the segment on the show that Beth needed to be there for.

At this rate I'll take Beth over Pittsburgh Pete for the entire HOUR! He is a loser...that's all!

is there even any reason to have a debate? No. she does not need to be on the show, have a show, or have anything to do with the show. IMHO

As long as Howard is upfront with Letterman and tells him that he is interested in using Beth on his show.

Canada Eh!
I'm not a fan of her being on the show. I don't care if he talks about her and what they do because part of the show is talking about their lives.
However, he can do that without having her in.

I think if Beth is going to be on the show, then it should be on a Friday. That way it will simultaneously make his fans happy while pissing them off.

The biggest problem with Beth being on the show (for any reason, let alone one Howard can't pinpoint) is that she doesn't *GET* the show, as stated in another thread. That combined with the fact that she's "untouchable" comments-wise by anyone else on the show except to worship, and there is just no point to her being on.

I might make an exception if she were promoting a TV show pilot, because at least there is a purpose, but coming on to promote *anything* else (North Shore Animal League, local area Hamptons fundraisers, etc.) is better served through another venue - Stern fans aren't buying what she's shilling.

Not only shouldn't Beth be on the show, she also needs to stop getting her friends booked on the show ( Katie Lee Joel and her cookbook, Whitney the relationship 'expert', etc).

That relationship expert was terrible. Probably one of the worst interviews I've heard.
I guess the lesson is, don't mix business with pleasure.

For the kind of show she is doing, she wouldn't be promoting a pilot. If it were on TV, maybe.
