Hi all,

I am going to have to do a new install, and I wanted to throw a few questions out there. I need to move my Sportster into my new car and was wondering what mounting/suction cup option people like. They one that came with the unit never worked, and the adhesive was horrible. I've been using a makeshift solution that worked well in my old car, but won't work in this one.
Also, I'm going to get a new headunit as well, and my biggest need is that it works well with the iphone, (and also has an aux for sirius) .. if anyone has any suggestions.

thanks

a vehicle specific mount is going to be the way to go if you never want to worry about the mount again. Its a premade bracket that attaches to a factory dash screw already in your car. It will hold the receiver tight .

As for a suction cup the universal suction IMO works the best. But I am not a big fan of the adhesive mounts though
