For those of you who've paid for Best of XM, it should now be available on your Stiletto. I got mine via wifi connectivity. As a bonus, I didn't have to reset the radio.

I just updated your title to reflect a little more accurate what you are trying to get acrosss. It always takes a while for Zing to add channels to their line up, since those are streamed from Zing's servers.
I think the new channel changes coming will take a while as well to get ironed out. Hopefully SIRIUS has Zing on standby prepared to cut over the new channel line up for the Stiletto Internet Radio channels.
