How does warning cause cancer? (sorry, couldn't resist :D)

No problem, but I use to drink Tab when I was younger. Maybe it like an OCD thing, which I use to have in the past, but until I saw that label and never touch the stuff again.

Tab (soft drink) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tab has been reformulated several times. It was initially sweetened with cyclamate. After the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a ban on cyclamate in 1969, saccharin was used. In 1977, the FDA moved to ban saccharin. The ban proposal was rejected by the U.S. Congress, but it did require that all products containing saccharin carry a warning label that saccharin may cause bladder cancer (a regulation eliminated in 2000).[7] Further studies find no evidence that saccharin has yet caused an increase in bladder cancer

But almost any soda not good for you, I had a couple kidney stones from drinking too many of them, so that why I stay away from soda and only drink it once in a while now. Plus I live in the desert, so I need to drink more water than anything else.

They gave the laboratory animals such high doses of saccharin, they were bound to get cancer :(

I'm gonna start feeding you a 5lbs bag of saccharin everyday :)

In your title you left off the suburban Boston term "Tonic", pronounced Tawnic, as in "You want a tonic? OK, what kind?"

Diet Dr. Pepper for me, goes great with a summer cigar.

Yeah, I'm starting to get away from drinking soda completely. I find sparkling water is just as refreshing and 'feels' like soda without all the weird ingredients. I have a seizure history and Saccharin is a major no-no on account of that. As is most artificial sweeteners.
