Maybe there is a difference in price to the advertiser depending who on the show reads the ad??

This happened right after a certain "Miss O" became "Mrs. S". I'm thinking Howard was P-Whipped into not supporting that horrible adultery site. But being this was spotted way back in October, somebody is a little late to the party.

So the question posed was whether or not Artie gets paid extra ... (not whether or not the thread creator is obsessed or hopeless behind the times)... I certainly do not know if Artie gets paid extra and I am curious to know everything about that sponsor... I am sure that the sponsor pays extra for any live commercials... Wonder if that question - whether or not Artie is paid extra.... would be answered by contacting the Artie Lange website?

That's what I was thinking, too....obsessed much?

Like not doing that ad would stop Howard from cheating or something....He wasn't doing those ads when he was married the first time!

The ad quality is really slipping... Some revolution...

As much as I hate The whole Ashley Madison thing, the ads with George Dubya are pretty funny. "..for those involved in a relationship, but looking to bomb another country on the side..."

Maybe I was misreading the post... obsessed as in the poster being obsessed? or obsessed as in Howard being obsessed? If the latter, sorry.. I withdraw my comment.

My guess is that they are throwing him a few bucks extra to do live reads so maybe he can stay home one or two weekends a year and work on his recovery.

The actual intent of this thread was to stimulate conversation regarding arties supposed need to be on the road to make extra cash, i.e.. giving him an excuse to get high and drunk and lead an unhealthy lifestyle.

I cant imagine Ashley Madison actually wanting artie to do the live read, could there be a worse endorsement for a relationship committed or not ?

Jgatie said the fan was obsessed yet he also made a comment later making it sound like he was also an obsessed fan....we are all obsessed fans and we all want to have Howard as our friend on Facebook (actually, I don't....he'll judge me because I do spend waay too much time on there...I'm currently looking for work and am feeling bad enough about myself, thank you very much).

So it's just another Artie bashing thread started by you? Ok, then. Nothing to see here. :zz:

I was looking to quickly dump some extra gold I had laying around.

It's actually elegant the way they have there commercials aligned. After the wife catches her husband cheating on her with the Ashley Madison hookup, she can pawn the gold he got her to Cash4Gold, and he can go to The Erotic Review to drown his sorrows with profession hey-nanu-nanu. :D

My favorite combo was the Giant teddy bear followed by the Dinovite doggy vitamins. They went from this bear is HUGE to He had hair coming out in clumps...

Why do you guys even listen to commercials? Just curious.

I usually only listen as long as it takes me to get to my radio and change the channel. The only problem with that is that sometimes I get caught up listening to CNBC,Blue Collar or what ever and forget to tune back in.
