This quote I found interesting:

This may answer the question a lot of us were having regarding the Best Of XM.

Exactly. The problem with Media and the Press and SIRIUS XM is that often times they can compete in some way. Since SIRIUS XM is a media company, they have a lot of enemies and competition in the media. There are a lot more motives behind certain media companies making them look bad for various reasons.
