Anyone heard if the After Hours Spot show is gone? Must be. Reginald Hawkins was in charge up there at HHN, now someone else is in charge. Anyone happen to catch their final show and what was said?

What a total bummer, them playing Ice Cube's Friday every Friday at around 5:00 pacific time got my weekend started off right.

Reggie's not in charge anymore? Who would they hire that could be better than Reggie? That guy knew talent (minus that idiot Indian guy who they buried at like 3AM)...Don't tell me Leo G is in charge...I heard that guy mixing today on HHN and not only did it not sound like Sirius at all, it sounded worse than Internet radio. HHN went from a polished, professional sounding channel to a big mess. Yuck...

No Reggie isn't in charge. Leo G is thank god. Reggie turned HHN from the beast it was 3 years ago to a top 40 urban channel. Ron Mills is still there but he actually made Shade 45 better since he took over the playlist. Reggie tried to throw his weight around too much. Axing mixshows left and right (Bash Brothers and Mixtape Kings). Leo G ran Raw waaaaaaaaaaaaay better. His mix for the last few days were shit because he had to play edited stuff. With that being eliminated soon, it should get a lot better. I use to listen to his mixes on Raw every day because he always got new tracks from Dip Set before anyone else. I must admit it's weird heaing him on Sirius. Can't wait for him to spaz out on his first unedited mix with all the drops.

Leo G isn't even in charge, I can't remember the name, but it looked like some lady is running the show up there now. Leo G was spared his job, and took work on the new company. I heard him all week, he sounded like a beaten down man, just collecting a paycheck. I never cared for his on-air rants, or mixes on XM, nor do I now that he's on Sirius playing weak cuts, all bleeped out. Fuck that guy.

DJ S&S (nice censored show, though he said he was going to start playing dirty songs soon) said he saw both Leo G and Reggie Hawkins at the new HHN... I wonder who this lady in charge could be? You know, I feel like a lot of the other changes at Sirius/XM weren't horrible. Like I think the dance people seem happy, the pop people seem pretty happy (how could they not, with Sirius Hits 1, 20 on 20 and Pop2K, which are essentially simulcasts)... The Hip-Hop/R+B people seems to be the oly ones who got legitimately and totally screwed. This may turn around and become ok, but IMO, the best it an become is OK. We are used to something so much better, and why should we hope for "just" ok when we pay for this?

I listened to every minute of that podcast. Jesus Christ, that was the worst thing I have heard in years. I will never tune into this guy. That was terrible...

he is SO freakin annoying... i would rather listen to Kristal for 24 hours then him...
and his mixes aren't even that great... who still yells over the track like they are in a club, if they ARE NOT IN A CLUB????

I hate to say it but, Leo G wasn't as annoying in the last week. Less talking, and cloud bursts from him, and more hardcore music. If he did that, took some calls, he'd be fine.
