Adding Radio With Free Trial To Existing Account

I currently have an account with Sirius that has one receiver on it. I recently purchased a new car that came with Sirius pre-installed and a 6 month free trial. I'd like to add this radio to my account. Can I do it now without losing the free trial? Or, should I wait until the free trial is over before trying to add it to my account? Can it be added online or do I need to call customer support?

Wait until the free trial is over. It can then be added online.

I have one month left of my three free months on my new car. I simply called XM and was able to have the radio added to my account. It still shows the free month remaining.
