i like this one cause its such a beautiful view to have for ur hot tub and its funny how someone has spray painted the anarchy sign in the bottom of the tub.

I could see his former house turning into a church, it does have a bit of a look to it.

Obviously it was abandoned because no amount of renovation could fix it.

I mean, even doctors let some patients just die with dignity.

It's amazing what people build for themselves when they become rich & famous.

Robin Williams had a movie theater in his house.

William Randolph Hurst had a huge mansion with artifacts & antiquities from all over the world.

After he died, his family couldn't afford the place, so they sold it to the state of California.

They still own the land around the mansion. It's not development. It's used for ranching.

My best friend growing up, works there as a tour guide.

If you've never seen the documentary "The Queen of Versailles", I highly recommend it.

that movie was almost unavoidable on cspan last year, they played it so much. it was very good. they were both crazy but the wife was really nuts. the worst scene was when the husband accused the longtime limo driver of stealing during a family christmas party. also how they made the poor maid to dress up like a reindeer was nuts.

I checked out the site and in Arizona, the Phoenix area. I only recognize 2 out of 4 malls, one mall site turn into an college campus and other mall into a office complex.
Every town got two malls. One that all the white people go to, and the one the white people used to go to. Now all they sell is shoes and baby clothes, they think we runnin and fuckin, runnin and fuckin.- Chris Rock

I don't know movie that line is from, but in Phoenix we have three malls format.

Upper class snotty malls in Scottsdale, everyday mall and the ghetto malls aka not trying to be racist the "hispanic area"

That was a stand up routine he did a few years ago, he also did a white people vs black people grocery store bit. It was funny stuff.
I was in a mall in Houston so ghetto I thought I was gonna get shot. Funny thing is there is a an upper class mall like 4 miles away. I think Greenspoint was the ghetto mall an Deerfield was the upper class mall.

When I use to live in Houston, I recall the Galleria is the upper class and Sharpstown is the ghetto mall. I somewhat recall the Greenspoint mall and Deerfield Mall, but I pretty much did most of my shopping at the First Colony Mall.

Houston is a rich tapestry of economically contrasting malls. My favorite was Northline. Part of it collapsed. Birds lived inside it. For a long time it seemed like it became public property and anyone could set up a store inside it selling anything. They had great shoes.

I watched some TV show where ghost hunters were at a abandoned prison and there still quite bit of activity going on there.
