The sweepers yesterday on Howard 100 and Howard 101 for 1-9-09 were "3 Years of Radio Freedom."

More like the freedom to not have to work on the radio every Friday.

The 4-day work week just really stood out with the January 9th anniversary proclamations all day and no live broadcast to go with them.

More like 3 years of crying about Fridays off and nothing has ever come from it.

Get a hobby, man.

I guess the whole, "don't post in threads if you don't like them" thing's gone out the window for you, huh? Is it a compulsion? They have drugs for that, you know.

As for the anniversary, it was lame. "On this day three years ago, the revolution began. Here's some replays".

Hey Now

As I posted in another thread I am a bit disappointed that Howard didn't do the right thing and work on his Anniversary.

It would have been a nice gesture of appreciation to his fans, instead he just gave us the middle finger again.

But that being said the reason I came to Sirius was for Howard, however he isn't the reason I am staying.

I have come to love the all that Sat Rad offers, comedy music talk you name they got it and as Howard mentions frequently its only .43 a day.

So when Howard is gone in two years I will still be here listening to some of the best radio on radio.

I dunno - 3rd anniversary is sort of a meh milestone, isn't it? Heck, most jobs don't acknowledge anything between your first and 5th. Assuming he stays past 5 years, I could see maybe doing something extra for that.

Considering Howard has a five year contract and repeatedly said he wont be back, every year is a milesone. IMO

When you factor in this could actually be Howards last anniversary, with the state of SAT RAD well ya think he might have done something different, special, or note worthy ?

NAHHHH ! F*ck em let them cancel.

When Howard is done with Sirius he will be national syndicated with his own HD radio channel in each market for replays.

It's complaints like this that make his "Fuck you, cancel" comments understandable...

Technically, Human derailed his own thread in post one, if you compare the title with the text body. ;) :smug:
