Default Delphi SA10116 Indoor XM Signal Repeater

This says it only works with Delphi products is this true? I am looking for a repeater, and I know the sirius one isn't as selective as this. I have an xpress2 I think sorry not sure of the model I know it was the cheepest one at the store. Anyway would this work with my radio, or am I just out of luck for a indoor Repeater? Also if it would work where can I buy it from? The two pages I saw it on said they were discontinued.

No, they work with any XM radio. But they will not work with SIRIUS radios. I use one with my XpressRC right now, though it is a Delphi, I have used other radios that were not and it worked just fine.

Not really sure why they have discontinued them. In another thread I think the thought was that they would likely go with a single personal repeater that will worth with both services. Which these devices would do that if they didn't have the other services frequencies capped.

Here is one on AMAZON. It is worth every penny you pay for it. As DAB said, it can be used with any XM radio.

Fancy.

I have not hooked it up yet, but ultimately I would like to have it to where I can have SXM in the basement since I finished it recently. To you knowledge, can the signal go through floors?

Yes, you should get a signal just fine in the basement. I have a MyFi homekit setup in mine.

Very cool.

I opened the package this morning before work and I was surprised that it was so small (or smaller than I thought it would be). Can't wait to get home and hook it up..

I have two XM repeaters, incl. one at work which sends the signal from a south-facing window halfway through my building to an Inno which is hooked up to something called an Audiocast transmitter, which sends the signal another 100 ft to an Audiocast receiver in my office. My second XM repeater seemed to be interfered with by my Sirius repeater at home, so it sits unused for now.

I saw that an extra antenna is only $12 on Amazon.com. Hmmmm.
