Default Windows Alarm Clock

Why hasn't Windows integrated some sort of alarm clock feature into the OS?

This bugs the she-ite out of me.

There are A TON of free Windows based alarm clock apps.

Here's one of many: http://www.acrovista.com/alarmwiz/tip1-n.html

Yeah, I realize that. Thanks (?)

I was questioning why MS hasn't done their own alarm clock, as there seems to be an obvious desire to have this feature.

It just seems logical to me.

If they did, a judge would force them to take it out so they wouldn't have an unfair alarm clock monopoly.
