My old Airware and the Tao have a mode where they would display nothing, stocks, or sports. I think the XMP3 may have a simular setting. If you are stocks you may have hit that button to switch.hi, i just got an XMP3 a few days ago, the extra info stuff worked for a day and now its not. under the settings i can only select stocks when before it had sports to. anyone else have this problem.
My Tao has always on occassion said 'no info available'. But it comes back in a little while. I don't have an XMP3 but it seems odd that it would be a defective unit given it has happened on 2 different units. Are you getting terrestrial coverage or sat signal? Is it docked? These may play a factor or there could be a setting somewhere on the XMP3 which turns it on or off.ok i got a new radio from best buy, with still the same problem. is sports extras even working. cause it worked for a day, then for two days it was saying no info available . i turn off sports extra. since then its not even an option to select. on both old and new radio.
