Why not a second test? Then you'd know.

What kind of anti-rugrat methods are you using? Pulling out and writing your name on her back may not be the best plan.

In all seriousness, if the blood test is positive, congrats. It's a little iffy until the 12th week or so (very easy to miscarry), but after that, you can pretty much start comparing paint chips and reading through books of baby names.
