Blaze Pizza would have been my guess, too. It was founded in Pasadena and LeBron James is one of the investors.

The 500 degree thing doesn’t look right for Blaze though.

This week's WAI topic was MOD Pizza, a popular pizza chain that was founded in Seattle in 2008 by Scott and Ally Svenson. They are called the "Chipotle of the pizza business" because of their fast service. Their name stands for "Made On Demand".
