It's Art Fleming, best-known as the original host of Jeopardy! from 1964 to 1975 on NBC and again in 1978. Like current host Alex Trebek, he battled pancreatic cancer but lost to it. He died in 1995 at 70.

In 1984, he made an appearance in Weird Al's "I Lost on Jeopardy".
