It's not the founder of Universal Studios.

However, he was one of the heads of a Famous Studio...

And finally...

CLUE #4: I helped bring Popeye, Betty Boop and Casper the Friendly Ghost to life.

It's legendary Popeye animator/director Seymour Kneitel, who animated the cartoon sailor for decades. He was also Max Fleischer's son-in-law. He even took over his studio, along with storyman I. Sparber and a few others, when the Fleischer went bankrupt in the early 40's.
