Star Wars, Episode 1.
and 2 and 3.
I'd also like to see a slight revision of Return of the Jedi (fricking Ewoks...)
The Punisher or The Incredible Hulk...........
it's cool the remake of 'the day the earth stood still' is coming out soon...looks good but trailers have a way of doing that don't they
how about a remake of 'the passion of the christ' where jesus kicks ass!
Hulu - Family Guy: Passion of the Christ 2
Star Wars IV, V, VI with people who can act...
I do not wish to see timeless classics butchered.
I wasn't actually thinking of Star Wars in the coment, just movies in general.
But even if I was, I would have been thinking of the first Star Wars (A New Hope) forgetting that it was actually #4 and not #1. #1 is definatly NOT a timeless classic.
Weekend at Bernie's
Star Wars IV, A New Hope (1977).
That light saber duel between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan should have been a g.d. throwdown, not two senior citizens swatting each other with broom handles.
None. If a movie was good, it's good enough to watch as-is. If it wasn't good, don't bother remaking it. You can't polish a turd.
Tell that to this guy
Hayden Panettiere as roller girl.
I was 7 when that movie came out. I thought that was the greatest fight scene ever. The first thing I wanted for Christmas that year was a lightsaber. I got one. It was nothing but a plastic tube with a flashlight attached to it...
You're right, though. They really need to just redo at least episode IV. And Luke needs to be about 12yo, not 21...:right:
