What locations on a weekly basis does SIRIUS XM Broadcast from?

I was just in Las Vegas this past weekend and I was at the Palms Casino/Hotel and on Saturday Nights they host Paul Oakenfolds Perfecto on Tour which is Broadcast on Area 38. It occurred to me then that within the World of Satellite Radio there may be close to 30-50 individual locations that SIRIUS XM is broadcast from on a Weekly basis.

Let's put together a list of whom we know broadcast in specific locations. I will start with of course the most obvious ones first and put a few random ones.

Majority of SIRIUS Programming-New York, NY
Majority of XM Programming-Washington, DC
Oprah and Friends-Chicago, IL
Bubba the Love Sponge-Tampa, FL
Paul Oakenfold Area 38-Las Vegas, NV
Playboy Radio-Los Angeles, CA
Jason Ellis-Los Angeles, CA & Vista, CA
The Foxxhole-Los Angeles, CA

If I remember right Sirius has a studio in or near Graceland, and XM has (had?) a studio in the country music hall of fame.

EDIT: Found this on the country music hall of fame website: "The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum in Nashville is also the home to the XM Ranch, a live studio in the heart of the museum, bringing the nation unprecedented access to Country legends and newcomers on XM Satellite Radio."

Classic Vinyl broadcasts from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesdays - Sundays 10 am – 1 pm ET.

50's on 5 also broadcasts from there on Saturdays - Sundays 3 - 6 pm ET - "Norm N. Nite LIVE at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum!"

I thought I read somewhere that Sirius is moving alot of the broadcasting to DC, because the XM facility is bigger and cheaper to operate.

I think Ninna Blackwood does here voice tracking from Maine (does that count as broadcasting?). When Long Paul was on, he was from Arizona.

O&A broadcast from the CBS Studios for the first part of their show.

I almost had a chance to go see his studio. I worked with his Dad at the restaurant. His Dad is by far one of the best Piano Bar Performers anywhere. Matt would come in with a few guys like the kidnapper dude from Kindergarten Cop and Ryan Stiles from The Drew Carey Show. He broadcasts from Encino, CA.

CNN broadcasts from Atlanta and other places too (although always uplinked through Atlanta; FoxNews, CNBC and others from NY, oh, wait... :)

National Lampoon Radio broadcasts from West Hollywood, CA at their Sunset Strip offices.

All Clear Channel channels come out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Meg is an acquired taste. She can come off as a bit arrogant sometimes. But, she's an acquired taste. I've heard her on the radio here in NY for as long as I can remember. Her voice is part of the NY landscape, so it's never really irritated me.

While working on WTD this morning, I learned that Willie's Place broadcasts daily from the “Willie’s Place†truck stop in Carl’s Corner, Texas.

Wow, they must have reopened the truck stop...:shock:

They had it closed down for quite some time for remodeling. It's located south of Dallas/Fort Worth where I35 splits to I35E and I35W...:)
