The answer is Lady Gaga, who has a flair for the macabre in her performances, much like Marilyn Manson, as well as a flair for dramatic costumes much like Elton John.

Also takes influence from the next two clues:

Madonna.



The artist herself was of the opinion that Gaga's 'Born This Way' sounded a LITTLE too much like 'Express Yourself', I'll let you be the judge:



But there is NO questioning that Madonna is major influence on Gaga's music, attitude and overall look.

And the last clue:

Queen's Radio Gaga



Which she takes her stage name from the title of the song. And also lists Queen's music as major influence on hers.
