Congrats, Scotchandcigar!

This week's theme is Popular songs used as TV Themes.

The song Low Rider was used as the theme song for the George Lopez show, a sitcom that ran for six seasons on ABC.

"We used to be Friends" by the Dandy Warhols was used as the theme for Veronica Mars.

And the last clues:

"Short Skirt, Long Jacket" had a modified, primarily instrumental version used for the opening theme for the NBC show "Chuck." whose female lead I had a serious case of the hots for during the duration of the show. :D

And the last clue.

Joe Cocker's famous remake of the Beatles' "With a little help from my friends", which was used as the theme to the Classic TV show "The Wonder Years."
