4 for the Cure Memorial Weekend

Fri 5/22
First Wave presents “4 for the Cure Memorial Weekend” - four days honoring Robert Smith and the Cure! Starting Friday, May 22 through Memorial Day, you'll hear music spanning the band's career, an unreleased concert recording, an interview with lead singer Robert Smith and he’ll even put on his DJ hat throughout the weekend to introduce Cure songs.

I am not a Cure fan but I am refreshed that Sirius is taking this type of approach (short stint) to Single Artist channels. I hope it continues.

Hope it is a great weekend for Cure fans.

Either this didn't really get started yet, or only small amounts of Cure programming will be mixed in with the regular First Wave playlist. :idunno:

They typically start their single artist channels at 6PM. The only exception so far is playing 18 hours of fireman sounds on The Bridge before they started Sir Paul McCartney "I Wanted to be a Fireman" channel @6PM.
