Yes, new specs, new cars, new color schemes, and some new teammates.
F1 Australian GP this weekend. Hamilton got pole for Mercedes, but Vettel is close behind in the Ferrari, with reigning champion Nico Rosberg's replacement Valteri Bottas 3rd in the other Merc, and Kimi 4th in the other Ferrari. Red Bull is also looking strong, although hometown favorite Daniel Ricciardo crashed in the final quali.
Vettel took a decisive win for Ferrari. Many are hoping this signals the end of total domination by Mercedes.
With the wider tires and other rule changes, they're pulling up to 6.5g in the corners, which is pretty insane.

Chinese grand prix ended with Hamilton 1st, Vettel 2nd. They are tied for points now.

He said he wants to do the 24 hours of LeMans. It's sad that he's doing this because he's stuck on such a pitiful F1 team. It doesn't really matter if he drives F1 or not, he'll score the same number of points.
Of course they've already had JP Montoya. Other contemporary crossover drivers have been Michael Andretti, Christian Fittipaldi, Alex Zanardi, Nelson Piquet Jr.
