I know that many of you express your hatred for the racing of today and the COT but this info doesn't look all that bad IMO.

I saw this on Jayski.....

* 7 different teams represented in the current NASCAR Sprint Cup top 12
* 8 different Coors Light Pole winners
* 34 drivers with at least one top-10 finish
* 40 drivers have led at least one lap
* Average Margin of Victory of 1.044 seconds
* 10 races with an MOV under 1 second
* Average of 11 leaders per race
* Average of 20 lead changes per race
* Average of 22 green flag passes for the lead all around the track
* Average of 3,038 green flag passes per race
* 52% of the cars finished on the lead lap
* 85% of the cars were running at the finish
* All four manufacturers have won a race and are in the top 12

This is good...but still too much "Hendrick" going on. :p

40 drivers have led at least one lap

The guys who stay out for 5 points then come to pit.

* All four manufacturers have won a race and are in the top 12

I like this stat. Just as long as those darn toyotas don't win too much so nascar won't have to test them (unlike chevy).

I never heard that before. Where did you read that?

:clueless:

I thought I read or heard they was gonna make it to where it had to be green flag conditions only when leading to get the 5 points? Who knows I may have heard it on one of the shows?
