I just bought a car with Sirius installed, and my three month trial sub is almost up. I was interested in the $399 lifetime subscription deal that was being offered, but then I went to Vegas this weekend and forgot all about it. I went to look on the website today, and it appears to be back to $499. Is this true? If I call, will I still get the $399 deal?

Yes, call. They are always having deals on lifetime subs.

Just remember the 3 time $75 trasfer doesn't apply to OEM car radios, so if your radio dies or you sell your car, you'll have to buy a whole new lifetime sub :worried:

They seem to only offer this when they KNOW you don't have the $400

Problem solved, they called me and asked if I wanted to renew. She offered the $399 off the bat.

I'm glad you got that taken care of. I have a Sirius radio and am XM radio thats lifetimed. The Sirius one has paid off big time. I have a little while to go before the XM radio does. Also welcome to the board.

Hope they offered you the relatively painless five monthly installment plan.

They did, but I went with the band-aid method and just paid it all at once. I do the same thing with car insurance... just bite the bullet and you don't have to worry about it every month.
